The vessel known as has good quality powdery
cocaine aboard which will not be off-loaded until after the
October time frame. This vessel has ship to shore
communications. The cocaine is wrapped in silver lining. The
cocaine will be dropped at 32 degrees North and 140 degrees East
which is south of Yokohama, Japan. The drugs will have an
inflatable indicator of its location on the surface of the water.
A third party is involved. A crew from inland Japan will pick up
the drugs, not by ship, but possibly by plane.
