A: Yes. This ship is the one detected in 91-16-0-A.
Contraband is in the form of drug-processing chemicals.

A: No. While there is an impression that one bill of lading
concerning cheap plastic radios has the wrong numbers on
it, and that this "mistake" is intentional, there are no
indications of drugs, etc.

A: Yes. There is a brown, metal shipping container with
vertically corrugated sides. A block in one upper right
corner consists of bright yellow and bright blue patches
of color. There-are many 55-gal drums in it. All the
drums contain a milky-white, translucent fluid, but the
liquid in about 40-50 of the drums can be treated to
precipitate out some kind of contraband drug. The drums
which contain the precipitable liquid are stored in the
container on their sides, while the rest are stored
upright. There is also a slight difference in the color
of the sealing bands around the drums.

A: The contraband will not be off-loaded to another ship,
but will come into port in the U.S. (entry port believed
to be San Francisco), sometime near the end of this
month. Its transfer out of port is believed to be by
SEA/LAND truck lines, and will be destined for a customer
with name somewhat like (impressions hazy):
