Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R001000230001-5 awiwomieNIT WORKING PAPER Project: PT91007 Date: 23 JAN 91 Time: 1028-1140 Viewer: 052 Session: 01 SUMMARY OF INFORMATION: The target is an military facility which is underground, possibly containing chemical munitions. There is an shiny, long, narrow object, which reminds me of a missile, located under a kind of flat, solid, man-made metal. The object is pointed on one end, rounded on the side and wider, more jagged on the bottom. There are various layers to the inside of it. There is a thin outer layer which is solid and a bluish/greY color, and an inner layer which is red. This object made me want to sneeze and it gave me a burning sensation in my nose, indicating possible chemical munitions. It is very closed-in and dark in this area and it is illuminated only by a greenish light. There are two people located here. Their activity is "to load something up". One darker man is located further away and he is watching this. There is also something round that is shiny in the middle and has three or four things on it that look like blades. While these people are loading, it is very quiet. Then there is tension in the air as something rounded is glowing, hot and almost burning. Massive chaos begins as this object starts to move back and forth. When it moves, Approved For Release'zuuumoitto . Then it moves in a steady circular direction, but still vibrating, it moves upward and out. While this object is vibrating, the flat ceiling slides open from left to right, letting bright light in. The object is then able to pass right through the opening as it moves up and outward. Then the opening closes. The top metal ceiling is very thin. It could also be possible for the missile-like object to burst through it. When this object moves through the opening, it leaves behind thick smoke.
