sign Again, this question has no exact meaning, and
therefore does not produce an exact answer. There was an impression that a
"main person" involved had the name (phonetics only: "Enrique", "Ricky",
"Reeky", "Rique", "Un Rique").
2. (S/STD) Describe the vessel associated with the callsign
The vessel is very large. The front of the ship appears
to have a light blue band around the top with blue-green under it. The rear
of the ship (see Fig. 1) appears to have a pile of loosely stacked black

5. (S/STD) Determine the nature of the illegal drugs: The drugs located
consist of a slab or very large, thin package of a cream-colored, pliable
solid which has black streaks or marks on its surface. This "slab" of drugs
is held to the wall by a yellowish rubber/plastic "cover" which buttons to
the wall with large metal snaps. This is located next to a window, or some
very bright, glaring, vertical light source.
