(S/STD) Determine the nature of the illegal drugs: The drugs located consist of a slab or very large, thin package of a cream-colored, pliable solid which has black streaks or marks on its surface. This "slab" of drugs is held to the wall by a yellowish rubber/plastic "cover" which buttons to the wall with large metal snaps. This is located next to a window, or some very bright, glaring, vertical light source.
