Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000900440002-3 900322 V:032 S:0 . P:9007-II Phonetics of the true name of the individual SG1A associated with the vessel is "Col-ban", or "Neg-a-tos". The current location of the vessel associated with the call sign is in the Caribbean Ocean at approximately r -IzoI 7(? The vessel is not privately owned and operated. This vessel is a military vessel -- like a cutter or offshore patrol boat. It is not carrying illegal drugs and it is not destined for North America. I perceive that this vessel is government owned by a Latin Country. It is a motored vessel of moderate length (see sketch) powered by diesel.
