A large luxury cruise liner phonetically identified as
"Elphoid/Elpheid/Delpheid/Delphoid" is currently carrying a large
load of contraband. This vessel is being accompanied by two
smaller ships.
The contraband will be off loaded at two locations along the
coast of California. They are the San Francisco Bay and Santa
M6nica. See ENCLOSURE 1.
Some of the contraband is destined for Texas City, Texas.
See ENCLOSURE 2. The contraband will travel via "buses that are
carrying mail" from California to Texas.
The word "Mayo" phonetically surfaced as a call sign
involved in the transportation of the drugs.
An individual identified as a US contact phonetically
surfaced as "Stepping/Slopping/Schlepping."
