(S/STD) MISSION: smuggling operation. Provide information on narcotics- 2. (S/STD) VIEWER TASKING: Encrypted coordinates. 3. (S/STD) COMMENTS: No Physical Inclemencies. 4. (S/STD) EV ALUATION: Some descriptive information is not in harmony with operational data provided. Of interest is insistence on grey and black as relevant colors for the vessel-- reported as well by other viewers. The "thing" described on the receiving vessel was described in-session (but not fully described in the summary) as being "on the back," and having a portion that was "like spokes on a wheel." It had delicate interactive parts that were protected by other, more heavy-duty components, and had a portion that was very smooth and another part that was rough and hard. Descriptors may be that of a helicopter, which would agree with source 079. Confidence estimate: 45% 5. (S/STD) SEARCH EVALUATION: Transfer location from Map 1 is plausible. (S/STD) The site consists of two structures, strongly connected in some non-physical way. (Feedback: two ships). 2. (S/STD) Describe the vessel(s): The receiving vessel is large, mainly gray, with black at the waterline and possibly along the top. The superstructure is large, yellow and black in color, and has a sharp vertical front. There is a flag on the ship, hanging off a slack rope (see Fig. 4). This flag is divided vertically. The half near the rope is white and the other half is red. The deck on the front of the vessel has objects lying on it in the pattern shown in Fig. 5. 3. (S/STD) Determine the transfer location: (Time: 1330 hrs local, 23 but the (tq m/,ZSe)2 MAR 90) There were several impressions all across the map area, strongest is in the islands on the north-east of the Phillippines (see map, Fig. 1). 4. (S/STD) There is a "thing" on board the receiving vessel which is large (see Fig. 2), and which has very sturdy, having been designed to have thick portions surrounding very delicate mechanisms in order to give them protection. 5.
