-----------------------------------------------------------------
1. (S/STD) MISSION: Provide information on narcotics-
smuggling operation.
2. (S/STD) VIEWER TASKING: Encrypted coordinates, plus four
EEI (see attached tasking sheet).
3. (S/STD) COMMENTS: No Physical Inclemencies.
4. (S/STD) EVALUATION: Though some of the information does
not jibe with what operational data was provided, much of it is
plausible. Information concerning involvement of Phillipine
military cannot be evaluated. Confidence estimate: 40%
5. (S/STD) SEARCH EVALUATION: Location of transfer from Map 1
is plausible, though not completely consistent with other viewer
results. Location of offload on Map 2 is also possible, but
again inconsistent.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The vessels are described in sketches #1 and #2. The
vessels are common to the area and have been selected for
that reason -- to limit exposure. There will be a small,
slow diesel powered vessel which will deliver the
contraband under the cover of darkness to the larger one.
The larger vessel is of Panamanian registry and is a cargo
vessel normally used to transport bulk produce. There is a
strong possibility that the vessel transports oil in small
quantities also.
The transfer of the narcotics will take pla}:.p,, at. the
-
- on the opeff water. The
position indicated on the map
transfer will be accomplished on a nigh when there is no
moon visible --- I think that the stars are out there is
just no moon.
The location for delivery of the contraband is not in
a/oi*/i. IL
the map area it is to the east as indicated by the arrow on
map #: .
The radios used during the exchange are simple FM and
not HF. The smaller ship is using a small radio (looks like
a PRO: 77:). The frequencies are in h. he 35.00, 8535, 95.55;
I'm not real clear on these.
Callsigns to be used are indicated on the sketches and
the language used will be F?i 1 ipincl. I got. some strong
indications that this effort is being supported by members
