1. (S/STD) MISSION: Provide information on narcotics-
smuggling operation involving a suspect vessel.
2. (S/STD) VIEWER TASKING: Encrypted coordinates, a map of
the Northern Hemisphere from the east coast US to western Europe,
and the vessel's name.
4. (S/STD) EVALUATION: Viewer's results are plausible. Search
location results are very much in harmony with known ops data,
with the exception that the off-load location is given as being
along the coast of France, while ops data indicates an actual
West Indies destination. Viewer noted on map (but not in
summary) a location of "peculiar interest" in the Caribbean at
vic 53deg W/19deg N which may be the true location. Confidence
estimate: 60%

1. (S/STD) Determine if the I his indeed carr in contraband
narcotics: Yes. Two "types" or "portions" of narcotics were detected:
a. There appear to be people on board (both males and females) who
are using drugs "recreationally" at the time of the viewing session.
b. A stash of "cargo" drugs (see item 3 below for location).
2. (S/STD) Determine the current location of the vessel: At the time of
the session (0950 hrs., 3 APR 90) the vessel was located through several
attempts to be in the general area of 44 degrees N/10 degrees W (see Fig. 1,
Map, for X-marks).
3. (S/STD) Where is the narcotics contraband located aboard the vessel?:
The "cargo" drugs appear to be located slightly forward and approx. half-way
up the structure of the ship (see sketch, Fig. 2). They are located under
the flooring. The particular portion of the flooring appears to also have a
raised flooring over it, made of thin wooden strips (like the raised
flooring behind a butcher-store counter or restaurant kitchen.
4. (S/STD) Where will the off-loading/transfer of the narcotics take
place?: Present projected location appears to be the southwestern coast of
France (see Fig. 1, Map, for 0-marks).
