This letter is to confirm that the Ghip Processor
has been completed and is standing in storage pending your
shipping instructions.
The following adjustments to the machine were made ,
as agreed upon:
(1)
Aide release consisting of a spring
loaded plunger or similar device.
(2) A toggle switch on the inspection light.
(See below}.
(3 )
A flow back method between tanks to pre-
vent carry-over.
(l{.) An anti-splash deuicc~ on the wash tank.
(5 ) Impro ve or comp lete air knif e.
(6) Complete light baffling.
(7) Improve the developer tanlt to accept
9 frames per minute and higher.

(~) Furnish operational maintenance man uals,
including schematics and parts list.
(See below).
(9) Furnish total of 140 slides. (See below).
(10) Take u p magazine indicator.

With regard to Item /'~2, a 'Tpush on -push off'
switch has been provided.
In Item ~~$ the operating manual and recommended
spares list has been drafted and we expect this to be completed
by April 11th.
Item ~',~9 - we have changed the design of the chip
holders to stainless steel and 110 of these are now out for
:manufacture. As soon as we receive the first one we shall be
forwarding it to you b the fastest possible route. This is
in accordance with request.
