Determine the destination of the illegal drugs on
board, if any. If no illegal drugs on board,
determine where and when it will load contraband
in the form of illegal drugs.
The vessel's current location is at
17?07'N/64?09'W. The vessel was on a heading of
230 degrees. Off-loading site is projected to
occur at 17?N/6710W. The drugs are stored in
crates loaded in containers. Both narcotics and
automatic arms were being illegally transported.
The contraband was located below deck above the
water line near the stern.
ACTION: Course and speed provided is of "high value."
Cargo description provided is "of value.." Heading
coincides with route-of-travel detected-24 hours
ago.
