1. (S/NF/SK) MISSION: Target is the vessel
believed to be currently involved in narcotics smuggling.
Determine whether the vessel is carrying contraband or if not
whether it will ::i :i contraband in the near future. Determine
the location and current heading of the vessel. Determine the
time, date and location where the contraband will be
unloaded/transferred. Determine and describe the vessel's route
of travel.
2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER T(SKING: Encrypted coordinates. Once
viewer was firmly in stage 4 and had identified the site as a
vessel he was given the cues "item of interest" and then "item N"
(these were to represent any contraband narcotics) an attempt
Lc: get him to focus unknowingly on any contraband on board.
These cues however, proved to be too nebulous so 049 was told
that the vessel was suspected of engaging in narcotics smuggling
and that the requirement for the session would be to identify if
any contraband was on board and if so where it was located and
how it was packaged. After 049 did this, he was given a map and
asked to identify the current location and heading of the vessel.
COMMENTS: Physical inclemencies: Flu. Excellent
stage 4 session. As his sketthes show he had excellent site
contact.

ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS 08GMWORMATiON REQUESTED IN ORDER OF PRIORliY:
1. Is the vessel, carrying contraband narcotics,
if so, where on board is it stored? ? ?--
RESPONSE: Yes. Within one or more large shipping containers
located in :the last row, along the port side, of the deck cargo
area. There are crates within these shipping container(s). The
contraband within one or more of these crates consists of both
narcotics and automatic arms/weapons. The former is separated
from the latter. The crate containing the narcotics contains a
number of smaller blue and white stacked metal containers. These.
metal containers are truncated with rounded corners in shape and
are: Length: S"-10": Narrow End: 3"-4"; Wide End: G";
Thickness: 6". These containers normally contain on
products or meat. Some of these cans do contain meat, however,
others contain a dry substance. This substance is encased with
orange wrapping with a blue label stamped on the out This
is, in turn, surrounded by a very dense, clay-like material.
This composite is then sealed within the can. All of the metal
containers, meat and otherwise, look identical.
2.If not, will it on load contraband in the very near future?
If yes, provide details.
RESPONSE: NA.
3. Determine the current location and heading of the vessel.
RESPONSE: Location: 14 45'N 67 33'W heading northwesterly.

4. Determine the time, data and location where the contraband
narcotics will be unloaded/transferred.
RESPONSE: No data.
5. Determine and describe the vessel's route of travel.
RESPONSE: See number 3.

The target is a ship. There is a throbbing and pulsating
motion (up and down; in and out) associated with the target.
There is a sense of stacked barrels or cans. Green, gray,
light blue and stripped colors as well as parallel curves,
crosses, angles and corners are associated with the overall
target. There is a sense of heat with heat waves rising
above/from something. -Something feels partially buried. There
are soil and water associated with the site. A surface somewhere
on the target is peeling and there are tastes of paint, straw and
dried grass. SurfaCes range from wavy to soft and matted.
There is an activity associated with the target. It
I nvolves the sound of metallic banging. Colors are dull and
plain and dark streaks occur within the area of activity. A
galley is oreSent and it is really hot nearby. The galley is
well used, contains tables and there are varying amounts of
people present. The people are mumbling and a specific activity
involves a repetitive movement or motion.
The item of interest is associated with the colors brown,
white and shiny. There are wooden objects and/or wood present.
There is an unkept aspect to this area.
At the cue "Item N", rows of something were perceived.
There are slanted angles, corners and something short and/or
squat. A sense of energy inputI? output is associated with these
di.meniii>ioniAlii. There is a processing of information occurring
within this spot.
There is a tall man standing and watching. He is very fit
physically and athletic and is wearing white pants. He is light-
skinned with short, reddish -blond hair and is balding. He has a
sense of aloofness about him. He doesn't allow himself to get
too close to others. This would produce a conflict of interest.
There is a military and highly disciplined sense currently about

The target is a medium-sized vessel and has 3 layers of
containers on its top surface. These containers resemble semi-
truck trailers without wheels. The containers are at three
high in the middle cargo section and one high at the front and
back of this area. The predominate color associated with these
containers is an ugly blue, either turquoise or aquamarine
greenish-blue. (The view of the ship as described here is from
the starboard or right side). The hull has splotchy spots and a
dark narrow strip runs the length of the vessel about 3/4's of
the way above the waterline. The numbers "4" and "7" appear near
the front (bow) and below the strip. There is a layered section
or area on the back of the ship which is white with rusty areas.
It's surface appears un kept. Railings, stairs, ropes and the
dolor or are asseciated with the outside of this section.
Se,.. Opel- +es ,
A feeling of on and danger is perceived. It feels as
if something very bad is going to happen and it can't be
prevented.
There is contraband present and a sense that it consists of-
both arms/weapons and narcotics. One or both items are within
one or two of the large containers. These specific containers
are located in the last row, along the left side, of the .cargo
area when looking from overhead. There are automatic weapons
packed in crates or cases made of wood within one of these
containers. There is a smell of an products or meat near the
area of the weapons and a sense of objects that are tightly
packed within a crate.
At the cue "Inside Crate", there is a perception of stacked
metal containers with a smooth, blue and white colored surface.
When viewed from the top, these objects have a rounded, truncated
shape. Some of the metal containers within the crate are leaking
and oozing. The size of these metal containers is:
Length: 8"-10"
Narrow End: 3"-4"
Wide End: 8"
Thickness: 6"

There is a sense that inside the metal containers, some are
wet and some are dry. The metal containers that are perceived as
dry are tightly packed inside. The contents of the "dry" metal
containers are surrounded with an orangish wrapping. There is a
sky-blue emblem or mark, resembling a heraldic crest, on the
orange wrapping... The wrapping is sealed. There is something
between the metal container exterior and the wrapping or paper.
It is a layered affect. In cross section, the layering, from
outside to inside, consists of; the metal container exterior, a
layer of very dense, clay-like material, the wrapping or paper
and finally the dry non-meat contents.
Again, there is an overpowering sensation of a violent act
to be committed; a feeling that someone is going to die
violently. There is going to be a terrible event.
The present location of the target vessel at 101230L APR 90
is approximately 14 45 N Long., 67 33' W Lat. It is currently
traveling in a northwesterly direction .
