1. (S/STD/NF) On 20 April 1990, three remote viewers (# 003,
011 and 079) conducted a total of three SOLO sessions in an
effort to answer requirements against the vessel known by call

determined to be about 20 nautical miles south of Andros Island.
Projected activity involves the use of an aircraft to effect a
possible air drop of contraband in the form of illegal drugs.
The customer provided the following EEI:
a. Describe the vessel and identify its name.
b. Describe the aircraft involved and identify its call
sign.
c. Determine the location of the airdrop to the target
vessel, if-any and describe the circumstances/time of unloading.
d. Where will the contraband be unloaded/transferred from
the vessel?
2. (S/STD/NF) 003 reported that the vessel involved is involved
is circa 50 ft long, with a two level deck--higher towards the
front. The superstructure/pilothouse is well forward. The
vessel is diesel or gasoline powered, and there are
booms/outriggers about midships near the deck cutaway. A large
drum hoist/winch is near the stern. The upperworks of the vessel
are light-colored, almost white, while its hull is dark colored.
There is an oblong radar antenna turning on the pilot house roof.
The aircraft involved is medium sized, low-wing, multi-engine
(probably two), propeller driven. Access to a large open cargo
area in the aircraft is through an door in the right side of the
_ fuselage. There is something distinctive about the vertical
stabilizer--as if there are two of them, or one large central fin
with two smaller ones outboard on either end of the horizontal
stabilizer. The aircraft has tricycle landing gear, is light
colored with a thin dark stripe on the side. There is one pilot
on board, though there is a co-pilot position. The aircraft is
reminiscent of a U-12/C-21 type aircraft. It seemed empty of
cargo at the time (20 1130L APR 80) when observed. Note sketches

3. (S/STD/NF) When 003 tried to focus on the question of
when/where the airdrop would take place, he keyed into an
'"activity of importance occurring currently (20 1130L APR 90) at
approx 1930N/7810W (NW of Jamaica, S of Carnaguay, Cuba). The
activity is occurring at the present time (201120 Apr 90), is
occurring over a 1 to 1 1/2 day window, but will conclude about
dusk today (20 Apr)." 003 could not identify whether this
activity was related to the operation identified in the
requirements or whether it is separate. From the operational
data it would appear that this is a separate activity, which
because of its potential importance and immediate nature caught
the attention of the viewer.
4. (S/STD/NF) 011 reported that the vessel is a small, white
pleasure ship, approximately 30 feet long. It has a
superstructure which is located just forward of midships and a
cabin below the forward deck (note sketches on EEI sheet at TAB
B). The aircraft is a small, twin-engine craft reminiscent of an
Army U-21 in appearance. 011 was not able to obtain any location
data.
5 (S/(zTD/NF) 079 reported that the vessel, call sign
SG1A
is a small, open vessel. The aircraft involved is small and
light-weight. The aircraft has a call sign that sounds like
"Sephen/Stephen/Sephten." The airdrop will take place in 3 hours
to 3 days (time of session 20 0900-1000L APR 90) at 25 N 80 W.
The term "kilglight/kligolight/kilight" is somehow associated
with this operation.
6. (S/STD/NF) Located at TAB A is a map showing all the points
provided by the viewers. Located at TAB B are all the viewers'
session summaries and EEI report sheets.
