determine whether it is carrying drugs. If so, determine where they are
stored on board and to where they are destined. If not, determine whether
the will. on-load drugs on its present voyage.
2. (S/STD) VIEWER TASKING: Encrypted coordinates: 237537/579297 and
SG1A "The a 330' cargo carrier w/blue hull and white
superstructure left cartagena, Columbia on 23 April, 1990. It is believed
to be en-route to San Jaun, Puerto Rice (you will have to decide for
yourself if this is true)."

Summary of Information
Though one of the crew members seems to have his own
"recreational" quantities of some illegal substance, the vessel
itself does not give the impression of transporting illegal
narcotics at the present time, nor will it within the scope of
this operation on-load any. It is presently (260930 Apr 90)
located at approximately 18 deg 20 min N/75 deg 05 min W., vic
Navassa Island, off the west coast of Haiti.
