1. (S/NF/STD) MISSION: The target is a vessel identified as the
a fifty-foot sailing vessel having a white hull and
miles east of the Peninsula de la Guajira, Columbia. The ultimate
destination of the drugs is believed to be somewhere along the
southeast coast of the US. EEI is as follows:
a. Determine the current location of the target vessel.
b. Determine if the vessel is currently carrying drugs; if
so, where stored aboard ship.
c. Where and when will the target vessel off-load/transfer
the contraband in the form of drugs.
d. What is the ultimate destination of the contraband in
the US.
o Curacao a? 12 30 N / 69 00 W. Curacao is located about 180

departed Cartajena, Columbia enroute for the Island

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION:
1. (S/STD) Determine the current location of the target vessel identified
as In port in a marina at APPROXIMATELY 12 deg 15 min N / 67
deg 30 min W to 12 deg 30 min N / 68 deg W.
2. (S/STD) Is the target vessel carrying contraband in the form of drugs?
If so, where stored aboard ship?: Yes. In the bilge (waste water) tank.
3. (S/STD) Where and when will the drugs be off-loaded/transferred?: They
are presently waiting for someone to come by the marina to pick up the
drugs. The drugs will be delivered to a home at house address #5 on a
"CORK" or "DRIFTWOOD" road/lane/street/etc.
4. (S/STD) Determine the port(s)-of-call in the US where the illegal drugs
will be off-loaded/transferred: On the SW tip of Florida, at APPROXIMATELY
25 deg N / 80 deg 45 min W.
