Summary of Information
Site is structure in a warm, seemingly humid area with
occasional shade trees reminiscent of banana or palm trees.
There are green-covered rolling hills not far away, and an
expanse of water. The structure is large (larger than a regular
house), masonry construction, a dirty white or beige in color; it
seems to be very rectangular, tall, solid, with a portico at the
front entrance--the entrance is slightly recessed, covered over
with an awning or slightly projecting roof. The structure itself
fronts on a relatively quiet street. The structure seems to be
part of a sort of compound--it has wings attached or outbuildings
associated in close proximity, and there is a sense of courtyard
or a rather spacious back yard surrounded by a solid wall or
substantial fence. There is a smaller outbuilding to the rear.
The site gives the impression of an old colonial-era villa in a
third-world former colony, as if the French used to be here. It
is in a built up area, though not heavily so, with the air of an
old "provincial capital." The language spoken here is not
English. When one faces the front of the structure, to the right
and rear of the main building is a room of great significance to
those who occupy the structure. All but one means of access to
this room have been sealed, and the one serviceable door is

locked securely and checked on periodically by people
responsible. The room seems to share a common wall with the
courtyard. Some natural light enters the room from higher up,
either through a transom or skylight. It was difficult to access
in detail the contents of the room, but several impressions were
available that may be connected with the interior of the room.
There was a sense of "serried rows" of what seemed to be bags or
containers made of burlap-like material: the material was rough,
fibrous, uniform in texture, and a brownish color. The bags were
reminiscent of beanbags, in that they gave when pushed against,
but seemed filled with many small, roundish, hard, shiny nodules
that were dark, somewhat reddish-brown in color. There was also
a brief impression of "recumbent people" within the room, spaced
not too far apart.
People associated with the site seem predominantly or
exclusively male, united by some common factor such as kinship,
ethnicity, or common goal or purpose that keeps them loosely
cohesive as a group. Leadership structure is somewhat in flux--
it has a lot to do with charisma and perceived potency as a
leader. The top leaders are clearly in power, but lower down it
can sometimes be a bit indeterminate. This "group" operates
without the direct approval of the government of the country
within which they reside. There seems to be approximately 20 or
so people involved at this locale overall. They come and go, but
there are always sufficient around to keep an eye on things and
deal with most threats/emergencies; others can get there fairly
soon if necessary as back-up. In general, the people involved

have dark complexions, dark hair and eyes, are relatively short,
thin, and have pinched faces.
