Summary of Information
The target is a sea going vessel. It is currently located at 23 30 N
and 6.S30 W. This area is experiencing either a storm or heavy seas/large
swells at the present time.
There is a middle-aged man associated with the target. He is standing
on something resembling a bridge or "look-out" and is looking out over the
vessel and the sea in front of him. He is also watching others performing an
operation, duty or activity.
The contraband has a sense of being stratified; that is, separated by
texture or density. It is located at midship, near the starboard side and
just above the waterline. It is packed in an area or section that is tightly
sealed.
This material will be transferred on or about 29/30 May 1990 at 27. 15 N
and 71 10 W, a point east of the Bahama Islands.
The destination for this material is within the northern hal-f of the
eastern coast of Florida; possibly near the Georgia/Florida border.
After clearing the Peninsula de la Guaiira, the vessel took a heading of
63 degrees to 15 30 N 65 W. It than changed to a heading of 24 degrees to 23
30 N 62 30 W. It changed its heading again to that of 309 degrees, where it
will precede to the transfer point of 27 15 N 71 70 W.
