SG1B The appeared scrubbed clean after having off-loaded its
cargo of legal drugs to a large, bulky, slow-moving vessel, on
6 July 1990, at geographical coordinates 16?15'N/51?15'W. The
drugs were packaged in "some kind of slick-surfaced paper, the
same size as one-pound packages of coffee-grounds."
