SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
The hostages in Iraq will soon be released in the November
time frame. Baghdad is ready and willing to negotiate for their
release. Although the hostages are in fear and they don't know
what to expect of their fate, Iraqi intentions at this time are
for their release.
Some of the hostages are being kept in a long, narrow, thick
building with a long walk way. This seems to be some type of
memorial or museum or embassy. The -~utside walls of this building
may be made of white brick. There may flags outside or near
this structure.
Another structure which is housing hostages is tall and has a
domed roof. This structure has a main road in front of it. This
structure is a mosque or church or religious building. The domed
roof may be- ye],4.ow in color.
Although hostages may be kept in other structures in Kuwait,
these two structures seem to be housing the most.
The hostages are in western Kuwait and one location is
29 Degrees 15 Minutes North and 47 Degrees 25 Minutes East and a
second location is 28 Degrees 40 Minutes North and 47 Degrees 60
Minutes East. These locations are near the border. See enclosed
map.
