SUMMARY OF INFORMATION

Target is walking down a city street. It is hot and humid.
He is wearing a blue, short-sleeve shirt (the kind you don't tuck
in) and tan pants. He has cut his hair very short and "stylish"
he still has his mustache. He is carrying a bag. Hidden inside
is a semi-automatic pistol (black and flat) and several magazines
(10+ rounds each). He is on the way to an office/shop. The
shop/office has it glass front and is on ground floor. When one
enters from the street one is immediately faced with a long
counter the width of the shop. Behind the counter the office is
one big open room with a number of desks where people are
working. When target walks in a chubby man with thick, mainly
gray (some black but mainly silver/gray) hair will greet him.
Could not determine the purpose of the office.
The target is using an assumed name (not one on the list).

Location: The target is in Rio de Janeiro, Brazi1.4 He did not
fly into the Rio airport. He got there some other way.
