3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS BY MONITOR (018):
a. Inclemencies: Flu.
b. 095 received no frontloading about the target.
c. 095 appeared to do an excellent job of dowsing the target. He/she
was convinced that the target would on the eastern U.S. coastline, but
followed the impressions which located it at another, rather than to fall
prey to pre-determined conclusions.
d. Summary of Information is attached.
