a. Inclemencies: None reported.
b. Physical descriptions of the site indicated that O11 had
successfully reaccessed it. Oil gave indications of "bouncing" on and off
target throughout the last part of the session, but was aware of the problem
and was quick to distinguish AOL from signal.
