The target site is located in a predominantly land area
an "undulati ng pine valley." The stru.ctures are
comprised mainly of older, red buildings of simple architecture.
Overhead perspectives that include the presence of a long,
narrow building, a sort of passageway described as an
concentration" are attached as r:INCLOURFS 1 thru 3.
The results of creai:.ive, S&T and R&D efforts are being
applidd in a multiplicity of military related applications in
accordance with a determined plan of action.
"Loud incredible sounds and noises of various degrees can be
heard and are associated with the target site." High degrees of
energy and motion are associated with the site.

SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
Inside a long building at the targeted site, there is an
apparatus which provides data and has computer characteristics.
This is the principle area of concentration (see sketches). The
apparatus scopes out, receives and deciphers, unknown air
(elevated) activities such as planes and other aircraft. It is
similar to a kaleidoscope and is not radar related. However,
this apparatus could "cramp" air vehicles because it releases a
great amount of "motion energy". It can be directed against the
stealth bomber's effectiveness by neutralizing it.
