1. (S/NF/SK) TASKING: The tasking provided to Monitor was not
altered or modified from the original written tasking provided in
reference. Monitor was told that a continuing effort to exploit the
propose/function of the "object" reported-in the session, may
be instrumental in solving the intelligence tasking. Prior to both
sessions included in this report, Source was told that the object,
referenced in the initial session, was, "of interest" and should,
"focused on in detail". Source did not require an additional cuing
of the encrypted coordinates provided in the initial session. No
other descriptive data or cuing, except that stated.above, was
provided to Source prior to each sesin.
2. (S/NF/SK) SESSION: There were no reportable incidents or
anomalies which may have affected or influenced the data provided in
this report.
3. (S/NF/SK) SUMMARY:
a. (S/NE/SK) Source di _d_ not require coordinate cuing and began
the session by immediately 7iOing Vt-Matrix in an attempt
to gain "direct" access to "the object", (the cue word utilized in
this matrix). In this phase, Source reported the object as being,
"cone_shaped, rounded, ridged, component, converter, thin, long,
silvery, delicate". These descriptives ended with a Stage 4 1/2
comment of, "It must be. protected from environmental shock".
Additional Stage 4 1/2 comments included, " 'like the object has (a)
certain amount of autonomy when once put into operation", and, "(a
coating) like teflon in that it's thin, synthetic and provides
uniform characteristics...more exotic (than teflon)...it's almost

hard like enamel put still resilient, absorbent...bonded to the
exterior...". Source provided additional one word descriptors at
this phase which included, "dial, setting, tuning, adjusting,
clicking..."1 with a small sketch of a cylindrical object containing
a center mounted dial within in the core of the object. (SEE PAGES
1-4, SOURCE NOTES, SESSION #2).
b. (S/NF/SK) From this point in the session, Source utilized
the Stage 4 1/2 concept almost exclusively, adding short lists of
words between each stage 4 1/2 comment. An accompanying relatively
detailed sketch depicted a multi component ( 44,2_con)) object
consisting of at least four separate parts;,, a._"thinking" part, an
"adjusting" part, an "6...4ii!;Fating parE-- aike a motor or battery", and
the "payload - this thing that dOes whatever it's suppose to do when
it reaches the right point". (SEE PAGE 5, SOURCE NOTES, SESSION ti"?).
The Stage 4 1/2 comments produced, "two dials in one, one turning one
way, the other in the opposite direction. -(They) select for specific
variables...change (t. -is) object's behavior pattern, not often set or
changed...adjusted toward the optimum...they have to open it (the
object) to set it so (they) don't do it very often...not a common
item. There's only one or a few in existence so far...(dial
combination is set on) or 3.2...(a projection from the side) can
lay flat or be extended perpendicular to axis of object as required".
This last reference was clarified in post-session to mean a
collapsible but in bipod/tripod apparatus or possibly "fin
st....i1.l.i-iF.-ers,1!?-which-activate in 'flight, if the object was indeed
capable of flight. (SEE PAGES 5 -6.4---BOURCE NOTES, SESSION #2).
c. (S/NF/SK) In Source's final summary following the initial
session covered in this report, He added that people around the
object are, "preparing it to be ready for operations if necessary.
CHIW won't use it, hopefully, but (they) want it ready in case it's
necessary. (There is an). idea present that, "we'la show them i+ they
get_too obnoxious...". During the session, SotrrEe had commented in
greater-detail. On the movement/preparation phase by reporting the
movement involved, "anchoring things that might be damaged in
:transport, taping, wrapping, unplugging, blocking, inserting blocks
or "immobilizer.
d. (S/NF/SK) In the second session covered in this report,
(Session 1.13). Source continued to report on the object in terms
identical or similar to terms used in the previous two sessions.
Soon after beginning this session however, Source volunteered that He
was being driven by an overwhelming imOreSsion typv

weapon and could not_evercome this image. A centrAl .compxx bfint of
this "weapon image was further described as, "sto0.ng of power.

detailed sketch of a cylindrical object with these diStinct
components (stages?) was the result of this early "drive". Source
continued, at the direction of the Monitor, to objectify these strong
images of a missile with the hopes that either the images
would structure themselves out of the session or at least become
clarified enough to become confirmatory in nature. In 4: act no
happened since Source wa.s,..__Ilnabtia "lose"... the overwheimimages of
the missile weapon and was unable to definitiveTy clarify theb..tal
purpose/function of the weapon. Source was instructed, however, to
prepare a very detailed summary of His perceptions to at to
place these "drives" in perspective. The entire summary included
below, with parenthetical editing as required to insure clarity and
ease of reading.
BEGIN SUMMARYg "(The) object presents extremely strong impression of
(a.) missile or similar vehicle. Smooth, glossy, streamlined, long,
thin, tapered with slight bulges externally. (The) end has (a)
round,?concentric, thlnmetal constructions that are recessed.
There are fOldl-nd protuberances on (the) end which extend when it is
important to keep the object steady. Inside (the object there) are
it majar-temponents. The first (.component) is cylindri.cal?
uniform in feature throughr.mrt-- (This cO71Pbnent) deieSh't do much when
other two sections are working. A sense of "along for the ride".
Secti,on_two is always busy, moni.:r(ing) and control(ling)
+unction because of rhythmical-TY pulsing elec...:Trical current. It is
very complex and'intricate, made of metal, plastic, connectors,
wires, power stores, power metering devices, etc. Section. three. .does
only one or two things but they're important and controlled by
Section two. Section two is like a "clever little guy controlling a
big, dumb guy". (There is) an idea of a "test" - combination of
development process starting from calculations and plans through
model and static testing to final live test to see if it will do what
it's really suppose (to do). (There is a) sense that it_g_ges-from
storage-t0.....(4)..vehicie test areajwhere it) -is assembled. (This
area) is low, dusty, (some) vegetation, like a tundra. (When the
object is used this area) is evacuated "ilke"-a? missile launch. ([ho
object) then follows a_1:rajeL7r6FY?and-i4414:11(a) designated target
which seems to -be on the surface. (There is a) big +lash, concussion
(and) a heat-wave". END SUMMARY.
4. (S/NF/SK) OPS FEEDBACK 1 Source's strong impression of a missile
type weapon cannot be discounted as only an "AOL Drive" since it ?
seemed to be substantiated by earlier a?scriptives and the data
provided by another Source. The polH>sibil.i. exists that the deep
sense of confusion, felt by the Sourtce was due to the fact that the
object pictured in the photograph was a component of.. a larger system _

this information was so nebulous that the possibility of nuclear
weaponry was equally as possible. Source's final summary would seem
to indicate a powerful concusSive impact and an element of heat and
flash which is not normally associated with chemical weapon usage.
Source's strong drive at this time would seem to preclude further
tasking on this target at this time.
