1. (S/NF/SK) Tasking: Monitor was granted access to all available
targeting c:Iata (retained in ops files) just prior to start of session.
2 (:i3/NF/SK) Sessstss:i.oni Source recognized site after he acquired it,
at which time monitor provided confirmation. Upon perceiving and
objectifying "buildings" source was cued with "Building C", whereupon he
produced a very good sketch of the t.ar?get bui.1c:l:i.iig. Using movement
emerc:I tisetcs, source was directed to provide data on 1:loth the inside and
outside of the building. (Monitor "injected" the cue word "wall" into
the session). A Stage 6 time line was attempted toward the end of the
session which would have been successful but for the undeclared source
PI of tiredness. (Moni tor? was a :little aggravated throughout most of
the session watching the source struggle through this PI, even after he
had napped for a half-hour ?jussst prior to start of session).
3. (r3/NF/SK) Summary;; (See also source sketch of target building).
Source described site as being made up of a group of very large
structures, separated by wide, open areas. Target structure is a large
building with many windows close to the top, but none near- the ground.

The building ..l.Ci:I.t"Yt:J has "large + ? a ? areas of vertically corrugated steel", Th?Yt_s
construction of the building is described as possessing an "industrial.
quality" about '
1 t. The walls "ar"e designed to support as much stress as
possible, economically, and be structurally sound enough to still
ssst..lppor?t a roof over a large, c:Ypen area". Inside the structure are many
rooms and corridors, but also one very large open area. Within this
area are objects, some hanging c:Iciwn. One e::}b.:Ject is particularly dense,
made of strong metal with close tolerances. Another object is thick,
dish-shaped, concave and designed to "slip-move" easily. The object is
presently "veiled". There is a reluctance to move the object outside.
Outside it is vulnerable to being recognized for what it is and what it
can do. Some of the people who work here feel that they are in the
