1. (S/NF/S() TASKING: Prior to the initial session, the
Interviewer was provided a sheet Of lined notebook paper with the
following handwritten tasking: "A. Describe the structure known as
lding C". 451200/633160. NOTE: "Building C" is in a complex
of other lettered (A, B, etc.) buildings. "Building C" is the most
unusual at the complex. 2. (RNYldback) To be announced."
Following the initial session, (5 February 1987), the Interviewer
was made knowledgeable of the actual site and the true intelligence
question pertaining to this target. During the initial session
Source was provided only the encrypted coordinates, as per Extended
Remote Viewing (ERV) protocols, to preclude inadvertent geographic
Cuing. In subsequent sessions Source was also provided these same
coordinates and told in each case that she would be returning to
the same site as before at which time key elements of her previous
descriptives were provided, i.e. "the area with the large building
with the small windows at the top". No other cuing or descriptive
data except as indicated above was provided to Source.
2. (S/NF/SK) SESSION: During all of the sessions covered in this
document, there were no reportable anomalies or incidents which may
have affected or influenced the data provided by Source.
3. (S/NF/SK) SUMMARY:
a. (S/NF/SK) During the :initial session, Source reported on a
cluster of buildings making up a single complex. One of these
buildings has long narrow components like wings. Another resembles
an "H" in its groundpian. The walls of the buildings are thick and
constructed with blocks and field stone. The surrounding area,
according to Source, is rather barren and isolated. Around the
complex there is some attempt at landscaping but much of the ground

foliage appears to be dead or dying?aS though it had been sprayed
with a herbicide. There may be an underground component to this
site.
b. (S/NF/SK) Inside the "central building", presumed to be
.building "C", there are several large rooms. One room is like a
closed empty area, "like a warehouse...large floor area, like an
airplane hangar, people with bright yellow visors, protective
clothing...(thimp) like welding torches, bright blue/blue mixed
burning, gassy smell...very low temperature, refrigerated space..."
One room had a door which, "slid open like a wall (with) a bright
light behind it...I can :t see because of the (bright) light...its
like an unholy blue light, like a science fiction movie, a "clear"
light that comes out in bands...(itis) peaceful, calm,
serene...nothing frightening."
c. (S/NF/SK) Another large room gave the impression of an
"underground rocket launch pad" with a "tall cylindrical object in
the center...black on ter), a brace or superstructure holding it
upright..." Source went on to provide an extremely clear and
concise accounting of an "AOL of a rocket firing." The clarity of
the descriptions used at this time raised doubts in the mind of the
Interviewer about the accuracy and reliability of this type of
I nformation. Included with Source's description of a rocket firing
were further images of the room containing this alleged rocket
including data pertaining to the roof. According to Source, the
room was generally domed shaped and possibly underground or at
least below ground level. The roof appeared capable of opening up
in a flower-like manner described as, "interlocking...going up then
falling back...when it's closed, the ground would be camouflaged
with landscape...and not discernible unless you were looking for
it..." In subsequent sessions, the suspicions of the Interviewer
that the clarity of the descriptions pertaining to the "rocket
firing" were indicative of an At drive were born out. The
"rocket" took on a different appearance and eventually began to be ----

described in terms more indicative of a long range dish antenna. L.-----
d. (S/NF/SK) When "changing" her perceptions concerning the
rocket, Source in perceived the concept of a "prism"
centered in a concave "collar" which was later clarified as a dish
like apparatus. This dish apparatus was capable of both horizontal
as well as vertical movement and was described by Source as,
"...elevated, concave collar, reflective, pivotal, goes up and
down, moves side to side, directional...I get the impression like
something can flow out of this prism like thing,f (and) can be
targeted at the same time...almost like it can draw energy from a
source and send it back out again...(it) can be raised or lowered,
concealed, brought out and used...tremendous power, heat, almost to
melt down level, brilliant light, quiet, silent...a laboratory

(feel)..." Additionally, Source described other activity in the
vicinity of this object, or at least within the same complex, in
terms indicating that construction was still on going, i.e.,
"people wearing dark overalls...pieces of building
material...object being-worked on....platform(s)...schematics,
drawings..."
e. (S/NF/S() Source was tasked to move forward in time to a
point when the construction was done and to describe the activity.
She initially focused on a portion of the facility containing what
appeared to be the control center, i.e., "...glassed room, TV
screens, consoles, tracking something, reminds me of an ATC room
(in an airport), digits on the screens superimposed over a map
looking down at an outline of continents from a great height...(the
concave object) rotates in a counter-clockwise direction. It's
somehow connected to the console. (I'm) looking down on the
Western Hemisphere. When asked to specifically provide words
describing the function of this facility Source indicated terms
such as, "Strategic Defense, destructive, long range, undetectable,
laser, strike, cancel, seek and destroy, no barrier, pin point
accuracy, reflective, hostile, an image of high energy bouncing
back, ricochet. If I drew a line it would go out at a 30 degree
angle and come back at a 30 degree angle...(the) power source is
molecular in configuration...non-conventional...(the power) comes
all the way from (another) building..."
(S/NF/SK) In the final session, session #3, Source
provided data which seem to indicate that she had been able to sort
out irrelevant and spurious material.. The building was described
as, "cold,.like concrete, steel girders, against one wall is like
double doors...very tall building, at the top there are small
frosted windows that pivot to open. An impression of a domed
shaped object, like an igloo with sUts along the top,
perpendicular (with) a large building beside it..." The
description of the console area remained relatively constant with
images of different coastal out being viewed on different
consoles and perceptions of graphs, computerized printing across
the screens and numbers and digits associated with the consoles.
An object, "of special interest to the Interviewer" (believed to be
the same object initially reported as a rocket and subsequently
reported as an antenna), now became a, "tripod like with a camera
flash at a reflector, round, concave...something coming
out from the center, narrows, something like an antenna, its on a
platform, tall, it can rotate 360 degrees and can pivot 180
degrees. (It) seems to pick up signals...seems to react to a
signal of some type coming into it...it turns to lock on to
it...seems to be related to the room with the consoles...I can't
tell if they are getting information from it or if they are
directing it..."

g. (S/NF/SK) Later impressions of the correlation of this
object and the consoles "in the future" were described by Source
strong feeling of being a central point. From here
directions are sent to other points, like a control facility
sending things to other points in the distance. They keep track of
things and when things need done they signal another point at a
great distance to act. Nothing specific, just directions, like a
Command and Control (facility), always manned, always watching.
(It) has a very sterile quality to it (1:1J the atmosphere you
find in a laboratory...(an impression of a facility) like NORAD,
monitoring activity all over the. globe..." Source was then
directed to access an individual. at the site who "could help her
understand the purpose and to provide her with more words to
describe this purpose. Source reported an image of, ...a ray
effect, like a dot with a ray coming out, on other places there is
a dot then it intensifies, like one is pinpointing the a++ect of
being hit and the other (is) showing where it was originated...its
like they are playing wargames. They are so totally unemotionally
involved, bizarre...somebody punches up something on the keyboard
and the whole screen changes. It's like adjusting a camera, making
things shrink or .eniarge. It's like Star Trek...a science fiction
type thing, what they are capable of doing...like it's so much out
of the realm of possibility at this point, it's projected far into
the future..."
4. (S/NF/SK) OPS FEEDBACKN Based on the wide variance of data
provided by Source and the many unanswered or ambiguous concepts
provided by her, i.e., "unholy bright lights...laser weapons ...melt
down heat sources...rocket firing...domed building...etc." it is
impossible at this time to state what the overall gestalt of this
site actually is. More important, it is also impossible based on
Source's reporting to provide any definitive answers to the.basic
I ntelligence question. The data provided by Source is, in the
opinion of the Interviewer, :Factual to the degree that Source was
apparently at the proper site but failed, +or whatever reason, to
perceive and report on the basic intelligence question.
