2. (S/NF/SK) Source Tasking: Only the encrypted coordinates
(supplied) were provided the viewer at the outset of this session.
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: The viewer's summary and sketches are
attached.
4. (S/NF/SK) Comments: 011 acquired the target (missiles)
immediately, but the monitor did not allow the viewer to spend a great
deal of time perceiving them so as to preclude the restricting effects
of awareness from limiting further associations. Also, at the
beginning of the session, O11's Stage 2 descriptors indicated to the
monitor that a ship/water was about to be perceived/described. The
monitor did not wish the viewer to perceive these things for fear that
it would induce AOL drive of a Persian Gulf scenario. In short, Oil
was kept as much in the dark as possible about the nature of the
task/target; consequently, the viewing was "pure".
