Sense of two. or three large, dark cc4ored structures with
more than usual number of external angles set in an open area
that is cold, dim, windy, perhaps snowy. Sense of USSR,'
somewhere central. Structures are located on what was originally
open land with a few small structures of temporary nature (which
were displaced by construction) in a-corner of a larger
governmental/military reserve--an area from which access by
undocumented individuals is proscribed. Interior of structures
I s warm, comfortable, contrasting with weather conditions
outside. Impression of various people inside who appear to be
concentrating on or engrossed in their activities. one is
wearing glasses and is peering at something in a mediumly lighted
room. He is working with and near sophsticated equipment
pieces. The setting makes me think of someone sitting at an
electronic position at a field station. However, sense is that
this is not that sort of place. Impression of "biophysics" (may
be AOL), "research "operationalizing", instructing,
demonstrating, "rendering practical", all come out seemingly
connected with some sort of technology or a connecting of
technologies. The idea seems to be of centralizjng--of gathering
a heterogenous but connected group of activities conducted piece-
meal at other locations together into one consolidated location
to facilitate interchange and connection so as to not only cut
down on resource use but to expedite interchange of materials,
information, and personnel between difference
departments/divisions. Acti.vities are not of private sponsorship
?) but seem defense related. They use high levels of power, and the
( (structure's shapes reflect the requirements of the activities
conducted within. However, there is also alot of admin/mundane

An impression of some connection with satellites, if for nothing
more than communication relay, is suggested. Strong AOL of NSA
was received as typing of summary proceeded.
