Oct 87 TECHNIQUE UTILIZED: ERV NICKNAME: in TARGET COUNTRY: Unknown SESSION NUMBER: 04 MISSION STATUS: Continuing SOURCE IDENTIFIER: 079 1. (S/NF/SK) INTERVIEWER TASKING: This is the fourth session utilizing this Source on this specific project. Specifically the Interviewer is to task the Remote Viewing Source to provide data on a specific site to include the general external and internal configurations, purposes o4 the various structures and objects at the site and data pertaining to the development and utilization of materials/objects at this site. The Interviewer still has not been made cognizant of the true nature of this site but he is cognizant of data obtained from another Remote Viewer working on this same site. As in the previous session,.the interviewer utilized the same encrypted coordinate of "1284/6712" which is a departure from accepted protocols of two six digit coordinates. The Source was not told in advance of this rather small departure from past procedures as was the case in the previous sessions, and did not seem to respond negatively to the shortened coordinate. 2. (SINF/SK) SOURCE TASKING: Source was told that this was a, "revisit- to the factory-like site with a large object, balls and people working inside. You need to know that the object is actually I nside a large area and not outside. You also need to know that you appear to be on target so continue to use all your faculties and senses to describe the area". Source was not provided any further cuing or descriptive data prior to this session. 3. (S/NF/SK) INCLEMENCIES: There were no reportable incidents or anomalies which may have influenced the data obtained in this session. 4. (S/NF/SK) SUMMARY: Source furnished the attached summary which . . was prepared following the session and submitted to the Interviewer Approved For Rele--a\lewicedS/6-816113E:EZ14*Ati20084R000200160017-5 Approved For Release 2000/08/08 : CIA-RDP96-00789R000200160017-5 9M1ffONOWNOFORN - SKEET CHANNELS ONLY within 24 hours after the session. The completeness o4. the typewritten summary has been compared to the Interviewer's notes and all omissions, changes, and/or corrections have been verified as acceptablC by the Interviewer. The information provided in the summary was -found to he a complete accounting of the data provided by the Source during the session and did not require. further modification., clarification or additions by the Interviewer. In post ..... session interviews, Source detailed a strong image of what She termed al "a place where a lot of work is going on and the material they use is hazardous in some way". Not specifically mentioned in Her summary, Wa ,A description of ?the men as being, "younger men...(wearing) green clothing, boots. Some are dark (complexion), (some are) white, shorter hair, medium builds, healthy..." The work in this place seems to he centered around a large object which is connected to hoses which pump in other poisonous or noxious materials from storage tanks (balls). The final product is then taken to another site. The purpose, or ultimate use of this material could not be discerned in the time still left in the session. 5. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: It is planned to continue to utilize this Source on this target in the near future. Her data in this session bore strong correlations to data obtained by other Sources targeted against this site. It should be noted that Her description of "balloon clothing." and "clothing. they can move around in" in I::: onjunction: with an image of ear and eye protection may be an at by this Source to describe protective clothing of the type used to. handled hazardous materials. If this were the case, it would tend to confirm the presence of hazardous material being mixed in a central container.
