(S/NF/SK) MISSION: Describe the past event associated with the coordinates 9732/1157. 2. (S/NF/SK) VIEWER TASKING: The session was initiated by the coordinates. After perceiving an event, 003 was informed that the actual target was indeed a "past event". 3. (S/NF/SK) COMMENTS: The fact that 003 immediately perceived an event while still in Stage 1 is amazing, but there seems to be something exceptional about the event itself--for the first time 003 experienced an Al in Stage 1 (see session notes). Subsequent to the Al the viewer's behavior was unusual, similar to what the monitor had observed only during training sessions where the target was unusual. The monitor was greatly intrigued by this. Due to the degree of site contact, the information produced in this session is highly credible. Indigent people are primarily concerned with day- to-day survival. Interactions must be cautious, calculating, shrewd, protective. Affiliations and at. of others are not always what they seem, and caution is therefore required in dealing with everyone but on closest associatesy people one is not sure of can be dangerous. The event itself seems to involve one person plus a few other persons. In a sense it's "like" the series "Dallas" superficial pretenses of cooperation or cordiality mask underneath a current of deception, antagonism, manipulation, coercion, cynicism, "cold-bloodedness," and. Lculatic:Jn. It seems that then the one person somehow comes under the control of or is constrained or overpowered by the small group of people. There is an undercurrent of suppressed or controlled violence involved. There is a further sense that the S ingle person involved habitually deals with chronic low-levels of personal danger, and must always be alert or on guard. The event involves a meeting of people in a room amid squalid. surroundingsy discussion, subterfuge, convoluted machinations, demanding, anger, harsh words, threats, and shouting are also involved. A feeling exists that something--perhaps a calculated risk or plan has gone awry or not occurred as planned there is a failure in the plan. Something has fallen through and jeopardized the situation. There is even a sense of complicity on the part of some trusted person who perhaps has let out details or plans sense of informer. It's as if a small c_ircle of people knew the full details/concept of the plan/operation, but one among them was tainted in some way and had contact with the opposition and passed discreetly along damaging information, messing up the whole operation/plan. This seems to occur not within US boundariesy but doesn't seem too far afield, either. The locale seems semi-familiar.
