Intent of this session was to describe, in further detail, several
specific aspects of the target, perceived by source during previous
sessions.
2. (S/NF/SK) Session: Source was asked to refer to his earlier
sketches, then was cued in turn with specific areas of the site.
Session went extremely smoothly; source product seems to have
benefitted significantly from the extensive amount of "time-on-target"
conducted over numerous sessions.
3. (S/NF/SK) Summary: (Areas addressed separately).
Point of impact - flat, hard, specially-prepared, mixed, metallic
object. When struck, it releases energy, particles and information.
Particle path - "projectile" is caused to course around (unimpeded,
possibly within a vacuum) a circular or oval "track" until the desired
speed/momentum/attitude is achieved, then a "switch" setting is altered
so as to permit the projectile to be propelled/impelled into the impact
point.
Chamber containing mass - what happens here is of brief duration, like a
"burst" or "flash". There is no rhythmic pulsing within the chamber.
Clamps holding mass - high-grade and high-strength materials, subject to
a high degree of "stress"; molecular degradation over time vs.
mechanical or physical stress.
Mass composition - alloy, "98%" one element; small amount of another
added to improve manageability and performance. Element is heavy and
dense, dark-colored like carbon, but not black (AI-"tastes yuky and
nasty"). The alloying material is a light silvery color (AOL-
"mercury"). The primary element making up the mass is refined from ore
taken out of an open pit mine. The ore body (loose dirt and earth) is
light-colored, beige, ocher with orange patches through it. The ore is
heat-processed, refined and impurities extracted mechanically. Then

more refined extraction takes the element out of the impurities instead
of vice versa. As the material becomes more refined, its true dark-grey
color becomes more apparent.
4. (S/NF/SK) Feedback: Source states that he has decided upon
modeling clay as medium for scale-model construction of this site; his
requirements are more clay and a large, shallow box.
