"phis report, a partial answer to CIA require- ment C-RR-80375, covers the sites in the northeast quadrant (figure 1). Reports on the other quadrants are in preparation. For each site a photograph is provided, significant changes since the first KEYHOLE coverage are noted and all KEYIIOLL photo- graphic coverage through is listed. All map refer- ences are to US Air Target Charts (USA"1'C), Series 200, second edition, April 1963. No information derived from other photography or collateral sources is included.
