5 MAY 1978
1. )Plans are being formulated to host a conference One day during the
week of 5-9 June 1978, the subject of which will be Soviet para-
psychology research and intelligence applications. During the confer-
ence, the history of DoD interest in parapsychology will be discussed
by a representative of DIA and the present. US and USSR state-of-the-art
will be discussed by a representative of Foreign Technology Division
(FTD), USAF. After formal presentations have been made, time will be
available for group discussion.
