1. (U) Colonel David T. Hottel has recently assumed command of the S Army Intelligence
and Threat Analysis Center (ITAC), INSCOM? was reassigned
to Headquarters, NSA.
2. (S) Accordingly, I request that COL Hottel be indoctrinated to Grill Flame. It is
imperative that the Commander, ITAC be aware of the unique opportunities that Grill Flame
