Source stated, in substance, as
follows:
At this location was a dark gray, multi-level, single
free-standing building with other buildings nearby. This
building had overhanging portions (not further identified).
This building had a strange feeling about it (NFI). It had an
underground portion which was clean, white, and modern (NFI).

something strange about the bottom floor of this
building (NFI).
