1. (S/NOFORN) On 060900 May 1983, source #08 was interviewed by #66
concerning the events and personalities mentioned in a hand printed
letter which had been received as unsolicited correspondence by the
8304 sponsor.

#66: The accident that occurs in and around this
intersection, is in the early morning hours?
#08: Yes.
#66: Focus now on the area in the photograph, focus on
the area in the photograph, which is not the area of
the accident. Focus on the area in the photograph
and search for another event of interest, plus or
minus 24 hours.
#08: ............... The only impression that-comes up is

distance from the intersection, but nearby. I'm
interested in the immediate area near this building,
the immediate area near this building, not the

cars. Two men came in one car, one man stayed
behind in that car, about 30 yards away.

#08: One remains in the green vehicle.
#66: --One stays.
#08: Yes he is.
#66: The other one?
#08: Overseeing the activity at a distance of about 30
yards. The second man goes to a blue vehicle parked
in front of a business establishment. The meeting
takes place there. The exchange takes place there.
#66: All right. So there's a man left behind in the
arriving vehicle?
#08: Yes.
#66: One man then goes over to the other vehicle--
#08: Makes the meet.
#66: All right. Now walk me through that physical
activity again.
#08: Physical activity, the first exchange is a small
brown package.
#66: Containing?
408: About 3 inches, 2 inches..wide, about 3..2 1/2 to 3
inches long, about 1/2 an inch thick, wrapped in
brown paper. That is given from the man driving the
blue car to the contact from the green car, sitting
with the contact from the green car, is sitting in
the passenger side of the blue car.

deeper, and beyond the confines of my questions,
this problem you've discovered. Do this now.
..The nagging point...is the subject of the
photographs, which is.. .which it.. .appears to be a
very unimportant... almost primitive... outside.. the
storage shed. ...I know its associated

#66: Okay, focusing on the car that arrived, the car that
arrived with two people in it.
#08: Yes.
#66: There's a driver and a passenger?
#08: Yes.
#66: Which one stays behind?
#08: The passenger went to the blue car.
#66: All right. Focusing on the driver, who observes
this from afar--
#08: Yes.
#66: --tell me about him.
#08: ......Physically...he's about, very light
complexioned,..perceptibly balding with, balding
with, with (mumble), brown, almost blondish hair,
about,..5'9", 5'10" and, and about, 33, 35 years old.
#66: Get inside his head and tell me about his
personality.
#08: .....His job is a...one of operation. He's got
about...about 7 years.. experience, but he's
relatively new to the area,...about one year or more
in the area.
#66: How does he feel about what he's doing?
#08: ..Started off with interest, slight excitement and
(mumble).... His a...attitude with the..became one of
indifference ..... Anytime you want to end this, it's
all right with me.

have seen, the setting in which this took place and
the positions of the vehicles and the individuals
involved so that you might draw it for me.
#08: Yeah.
#66: Let's prepare now to draw.

#08: Okay, in sketch #1, which I have labeled
"occurrence overview", which will encompass the
entire happening, so to speak. In the upper left
corner of the sketch on this road, labeled, main
highway, to describe just that and the secondary
highway, to describe just that. And starting from
focal point of the restaurant in the picture, with
my back towards the restaurant, looking what I
perceived as being north along the highway. With
this scenario in mind, let me tell you what I
perceived, the occurrence to be. The green car is
in the area that I labeled the exaggerated off road
parking area, with a green car acting as
observation post, not to say call a surveillance a
surveillance. In that green car came two men,
okay. The meet took place in front of a small
business establishment, which I've labeled small
business. It's a food type place. And in front of
that food type place, is the blue car. In the
green car, in the early hours of the morning, was a
driver and a passenger. The driver acted as the
observer. The passenger ended up in the blue car
to make a meeting with the driver of the blue car.
To simplify the transaction, the driver of the blue
car passed a small package that I have described in
detail, I think, during the session and the
passenger from the green car passed a white
envelope to the driver of the blue car.
#66: Okay. So--
#08: That is the essence of the intelligence interest in
what I perceived.
#66: How many people were in the blue car?
#08: In the blue car, just the one. Only two people in
the green car.
#66: Okay, so you're--
#08: I'm very specific.
#66: Two people in the green car and one person in the
blue car?

#66: All right. The green car, let me run through it.
The green car arrives, the passenger leaves, goes
to the blue car.
#08: I didn't see that, that would take something else.
I don't know how he got there, whether he was there
waiting in the establishment or whether he walked
casually from the green car. I don't think so,
because there is about a 30 yard distance between
the green car and the blue car. I don't know how
he got there.
#66: You don't know how he got--
#08: He arrived in this area, two men arrived in this
area in the green car.
#66: Okay.
#08: The essence of the intelligence interest was the
meeting between of the green car and the driver of
the blue in front of that business establishment.
#66: Okay. And its the blue car that has the package.
#08: The blue car is the informer. The driver of the
blue car is the informer.
#66: Oh, I see, okay. The driver of the blue car is the
informer.
#08: Yeah.
#66: All right. And he gives a package to?
#08: A small package, which I said contained films--
#66: Yeah.
#08: --undeveloped films.
#66: To some, this other person who came from the green
car.
#08: Who was the passenger in the green car.
#66: And that, in the green car person gave to the blue
car person, an envelope?

#08: Yes.
#66: All right. And then you said that one of the cars
took off, which car took off?
#08: I was trying, I percipatated towards the end of the
meet, to see which direction that blue car would be
heading--
#66: All right.
#08: --And it headed north.
#66: All right. So the blue car left and went north.
#08: North. And the green car eventually also went
north, the green car came to that establishment
later and picked this, his passenger, his original
passenger and both of them headed north as well.
#66: Oh, I understand what you mean. Okay.
#08: Okay.
#66: Okay. And so I originally asked you then about,
later on I asked you about this individual in the
green car, the driver of the green car.
#08: This I described physically.
#66: Okay. I wished I had asked you now about the guy
in the blue car. If I had understood the scenario,
I would ask you about the guy in the blue.
#08: The blue car is the, blue car person is a man in
his late forties, mid to late forties. And there's
an impression of him being single and he was, it
hard to describe, half dressed. in a sense, half
dressed formally. He was wearing open shirt
collar, but it was a like an open white shirt
collar and a suit coat, as if he were, had not had
a chance to change from his normal business work
day clothes to a sports clothes or something of
this nature.
#66: There was something unusual about his clothing or
something strange about his clothing?
#08: Yes, yes.

#66: Um, you mentioned reluctance before, who was the
reluctant one?
#08: It's a guy, the informer, to keep working.
#66: He was reluctant to keep working?
#08: Yes. The guy had to persuade him to keep on
working. I don't know if he did or not.
#66: Okay.
#08: And I was still intrigued by the fact that, by the
fact that I was, in my attempt to determine the
object of the photographs, it definitely had
something to do with a plant. And yet the
persistent image of this stupid, stupid little
temporary built shed keeps cropping up.
#66: Okay.
#08: And it simply didn't make sense.
#66: So you have no really concrete, firm ideas as to
what the photographs were. It was obviously, you
said it was undeveloped film.
#08: No, there was two, two items again, it has
something to do with an industrial plant, but the
issue of the photographs, the persistent image, and
I can't describe it any better, has something to do
with this almost temporary lean-to type shed. if
you put 2x4s together and you buy these wavy
temporary light material, plastic like you would
have a sun roof or--
#66: --Corrugated fiberglass?
#08: --corrugated fiberglass. That's what it was and it
just didn't make sense.
#66: OKay. Anything else you can tell me about the guy
in the blue car?
#08 No, I didn't really concentrate to hard, I was, I
was getting lost in his mind, to determine the
nature of his reluctance, when you brought me back
to something else.

#66: I am now sorry I did that, because I didn't
understand the scenario that you were trying to
explain to me.
#08: Uh, uh.
#66: Okay, if you have nothing else?
#08: And let me add this too, because at the beginning
of this thing here, I thought, I thought and
assumed that this entire session was on the
accident, which is what I started working on,
hence, the delay in getting to the real target.
And also, in view of the previous session, looking
for a big package, which was never addressed, nor
did I address it. Okay, so it was like two
completely different things. And if I had antic--
what I was anticipating was a continuation of the
other session and it wasn't that at all. So that's
how I felt subjectively.
#66: Okay. So you feel you had no recollection, no
recurrence of the, of the imagery--
#08: --Not of this thing.
#66: --of the imagery that you had yesterday or (mumble)?
#08: Well, no, completely different thing.
#66: Totally different. Okay.
#08: From my subjective point of view, from my viewing
point of view.
#66: Sure.
#08: Okay.

Source stated that a blue car (not further identified) was
parked in front of a business establishment (labeled a small
restaurant in attached drawing, but not further identified)
There was one male (not further identified) in this car. A
second car, green (not further identified), arrived from an
unspecified direction and parked across the street (not
further identified) from the blue car. In this green car were
two men (not further identified). The driver of the green car
remained behind and observed as the passenger of the green car
met with the driver of the blue car.
The driver of the blue car gave the passenger of the green
car a small brown package approximately three inches long by
two inches wide by one half inch thick. Then the passenger of
the green car gave the driver of the blue car a white envelope
(not further identified). The package given to the passenger
of the green car contained undeveloped film (not further
identified). Source provided no information as to the
contents of the white envelope. After this exchange, the
passenger of the green car left the blue car. The blue car
departed in a northerly direction. The green car drove to the
business establishment, picked up the original passenger of
the green car, and departed in a northerly direction.
