1. Attached are two project worksheets. The data from these sheets
will provide specific guidance to the researchers and serve as a source
of information, regarding the projects, to the sponsors. When the work-
sheets are completed a finished copy will be provided to each sponsor.
2. In regard to your projects, the data to complete the worksheets are
numbers 8, 10, 11, 14, and 15. At the end of the FY you will also be
asked to fill in numbers 19 and 20(1). In addition you may input any
other data that is within your domain. You should also include, as
remarks, any other information that is not requested on the worksheet
but which you believe is important. Also, any suggestions regarding the
worksheet are welcome.
