SUBJECT: CENTER LANE briefing to Commander, USAINSCOM, 26 Aug 83
1. (S/CL-4/NOFORN) MG Stubblebine requested a briefing on the
Monroe Institute of Applied Sciences (MIAS) on 26 August 1983
from Mr. Fred Atwater, CENTER LANE Operations Officer. LTC
Brian Buzby CENTER LANE Project Manager, and Mr. Joe McMoneagle
will participate in the briefing. That briefing is scheduled
for 1100 hours, 26 August.
2. (S/CL-3/NOFORN) The proposed topics for the briefings/
discussions with MG Stubblebine are as follows:
a. MIAS
b. Status of personnel spaces for CENTER LANE
c. MG Stubblebine's conversations with potential project
personnel (CPT Jackson)
d. Status of Project 8307
While MG Stubblebine underscored his request for a briefing on
the MIAS, I want to be prepared to discuss the other topics as
necessary/required. Fact sheets on CENTER LANE involvement with
MIAS and the status of Project 8307 will be prepared for MG
Stubblebine.
3. (U) A memorandum for the record on the briefing/discussions
will be prepared and forwarded.
