This launch area is nearly identical with, Launch Area B of the Kostroma ICBM Launch Complex. The area is road served and double fenced and measures about 2,150 by 1,750 feet. Visible inside the fenced area are two missile-ready buildings, each measuring about 175 by 130 feet, and at least three other structures along the west side of the center road (as at Launch Area B, Kostroma). The road pattern within the launch area and the launch-pad configurations are not clearly defined; however, the pad separation is approximately 1,150 feet. About 15 buildings outside the fence probably constitute the launch support area.
