EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
SUBJECT: Recent CENTER LANE Work With NSA (U)
1. (S/CL-2/NOFORN) In the past three months this office has
been involved in three projects for NSA:

2. (U) These projects have been conducted for the
Communications Security Organization, NSA; a total of eight
interviews have been conducted. The projects have produced
information of significant value to NSA. The NSA contact
analyst has been particularly cooperative in providing this
office with written evaluations of our work. He has also
requested further investigation of particular areas of interest
on all the projects. At this time 8307, 8308, and 8309 are
active projects. Based on results produced by this office, the
Communications Security Organization, NSA, intends to provide
further investigative tasking in other areas to this office.
3. (U) The NSA contact analyst informed this office that they
plan (but have not yet coordinated) to brief the Director, NSA,
on the above CENTER LANE projects sometime during September
1983, and that they plan to extend an invitation to the CG,
INSCOM to attend the briefing.
