This is Amendment Number 2 to Letter Order No. 18 which
constitutes a U.S. Government contract for services.
Your request for an extension of the completion dates of
Statements of Work (SOW) ESU's 83-134, 83-144, 83-145, 83-147,
and 83-148 until 21 December 1984 is approved with the
understanding that completion is defined to mean delivery of all
reports as specified in individual SOW's.
The following changes to reference a and the Statements of
Work are necessitated by the extension of completion dates.
a. Letter Order No. 18: Change delivery schedule paragraph
to read: "Delivery for Statements of Work for Training will be
21 December 1984, and 21 December 1984 for research studies."
