This is Amendment Number 2 to Letter Order No. 18 which
constitutes a U.S. Government contract for services.
Your request for an extension of the completion dates of
83-144, 83-145, 83-147,
Statements of Work (SOW) ESU's 83-134,
and 83-148 until 21 December 1984 is approved with the
understanding that completion is defined to mean delivery of all
reports as specified. in individual SOW's.
The following changes to reference and the Statements ate ests of
