1. (S) COL Littlefield and LTC Keenan met with COL Capps, DAMI-ISH, to
discuss the 902d's participation in the development of a training program
in Para-Psychology Phenomena.
2. (S) COL Capps related the following:
- the 902d's concept, unclassified title GONDOLA WISH, is cancelled.
- Monroe Institute not cleared.
- Contract regarding training involving experiements with the mind
must be cleared through an office at HEW.
- DARCOM has an on-going contract with SRI, CA and possibility exists
to satellite our training on this contract.
- Working group to be established with all concerned regarding future
DOD involvement in this phenomena.
- ACSI to provide $15,000 and INSCOM $50,000 to DARCOM (AMSO)
contract for Military Intelligence training.
- SRI to develop protocol for selection of subjects to be trained.
- INSCOM will be requested to provide representative for working
group.
- MG Rolya briefed and approved all of the above.
