Informed Bill Truehart of State that Mr. Becker is apparently on schedule and that the only change about which we have been informed is that he will arrive on the 14th instead of the 15th as 25X1A6a formerly planned. 25X1A9a 4. of 0/SI called to say that he has many of the answers to the questions posed tol in the 0/RR letter dealing5X1A6a with technical intelligence experts in I put a 25X1A6a tracer on this letter, found that it had not yet been despatched by FI and recalled all copies. Mr. Hoover had asked Papich to obtain as much information as we are willing to give him. I dis- cussed with DD/I, who later discussed it, in turn, with General Smith.
