1. Discussed with 0/IC comments on the Training draft announcement 25X1A9a
of the CIA-State Ex ~' chan _e Pr gram and agreed on a reply to r* f
suggesting certain revisions. The major revision suggested was to limit
the program at least in its initial stages to the DD/I area rather than
extending it to the DD/A complex as Training had proposed.
2. Regarding the critical shortage of clerical personnel in 0/ CD,
Personnel advised that since 26 November when the special measures were
agreed upon that 33 individuals had been slotted against 0/CD vacancies.
