Professor J. Ke ulks ' 9.),o ,
Department of Chemistry
University of Wisconsin
Milwaukee, Wisconsin 532O'1
U.S.A.
Dear Professor Keulks,
IM
Thank you very much for your kind lette
of September 12, as well as for the information
Dr.A.V.Sklyarov gave me about the laboratory of
surface research in Milwaukee.
Prof.W.K.Hall has written to me about the
difficulties connected with exchange by students.
I informed him that this question will, seemingly,
be settled at a personal meeting of Prof.O.K.Boreskovv
with Prof.J.Baldeschwiller in Moscow in. November.
In any case it would be a great pleasure if one of
my colleagues goes to your laboratory and yours to
mine.
I am looking forward to receiving your
proposals concerning further cooperation and intend
discussing it in greater detail when we meet. Most
probably I shall be able to visit USA in January
1974, but I shall give you more precise information
additionally,
Best regards from my colleagues and also
from my wife.
With heartiest wishes
Yours sincerely
