SUBJECT Awards Pending Presentation
1. At the CIA Management Committee meeting of 30 June 1975
(MCA-81/A), a discussion was held on the subject of honor and
merit awards which are being held in the Office of Personnel
pending presentation to the recipients, particularly those in
the Headquarters area. In order to keep the Deputy Directors
apprised of such awards for individuals in their respective
directorates, MCA-81/A levied the following requirement on this
office: "In the future the Director of Personnel will issue
quarterly reports on those individuals whose awards have not been
presented personally by the component concerned."
2. The current report for your directorate is attached.
Any assistance you can give to ensure presentation of awards to
recipients who are available for a ceremony will be appreciated.
