because of the fact that of the 656 sources, 122 are
"US OFFICIALS ONLY". The length of time required by
FI and 00 to check each individual source against the

months. In addition, there are numerous sources. Vor
example, 458 and )71, which the analyst-has listed as
"Unidentified sources". Without access to such sources,
complete sanitization would be impossible. There are
also numerous other sources among the 656 which would
be subject to challenge as far as availability of
release.
