1. The Committee considered and approved the November
draft issue of the International Communism I.onth'ly, to be published
in December. A. number of recommendations for the revision of the draft
were discussed and agreed uuon.
25X1A9a 2. moved that a list of functional titles,
such as were used in the previous issues of the Monthly, be written up
and circulated among the analysts in order to facilitate the organiza-
tion of to contributions to the Lonthly. The motion was carried.
3. In view of the holiday extending from 31 December
1940 to 2 January 1?50, it --as agreed that the December contributions
