various Agency panels.

Chiefs were given the authorization to sign for projects, such as
specialized program problem studies, up to $5,000, and allowing this
authorization up to a maximum of $25,000 on a variety of projects per

unanimous of those in attendance. It was agreed that additional informa-
tion such as the number of training requests for non-.Agency training,
seminars and conferences approved by the CSP Chairman be included in
the report.

seconded the motion. Six members voted in favor of the recommendation
with one member opposing the action.

CSP meeting on 3 August 1970.

as ORD's nominee for Midcareer ExecutiveDevelopment Course No, 25
running from 30 August to 9 October 1970. - seconded the motion 25X1A9a

Seminars at Federal Executive Institute.
15. There were no nominees selected from ORD for the National
Senior Intelligence Course.
